  Stimulating muscle growth is not rocket science. You need a crystal-clear methodology to automate workouts, plus a definite strategy to "force" muscles to progressive growth.

When recuperating from workouts:

* Consume complex carbohydrates to fuel muscles with pure energy. Complex carbs can be found in pasta, rice, potatoes (baked preferably) and black bread.

* Consume high-protein meals to keep your system in anabolic phase. To better absorb the proteins, separate your meals to "protein snacks" and "carbohydrate snacks". 

* Organize several small, high-quality meals throughout the day in specific hours (and don't violate these hours!). Organizing frequent meals, you indirectly induce the so-called thermogenesis factor by forcing your system, to continuously burn extra calories and fat as well!

When Bodybuilding:

* Adjust your workout program so it consists the *magic* trio; 1)Deadlifts ,2)Bench or Dumbbell presses and 3)Squats

* Keep the duration of each session to last accordingly to your daily energy levels and train less than an hour (or you'll overtrain).

* Train with equally strong, or stronger partners; Imagine your self needing instant help to overcome a tough trial with an exercise, lets assume squats (it happened to me). You'd want a strong back-up to overcome such a hitch and that's a good-strong partner (your guardian angel).

* Strong partners indirectly create a spirit of "gentle antagonism". Who's gonna be the heavy hitter today?

* Slightly modify a successful workout program to avoid getting muscles decomposed, or commonly staled.

* Concentrate on each bodypart when pumping iron; Even if the earth quakes, you should distinguish the difference from the muscle quake to earth quake.

* Avoid using anabolic steroids; Please don't use any drug prescription. A naturally built physique is the way to go. If you still want to use anabolic steroids, at least use the less toxic ones and in very conservative dosages.
